1. General Terms

• These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users accessing our services.

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our website signifies your acceptance.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

• All images and content on this website are owned by Mace Pacardo Photography or licensed for use.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any photographs is strictly prohibited under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (R.A. 8293).

3. Client Galleries and Photo Selections

• Uploaded images may be unedited and subject to modifications.

• Clients are responsible for selecting their preferred photos for editing or finalization through the online gallery.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All transactions must be completed before receiving the digital photos.

• Payments are processed via Cash, GCash, or Online Banking.

• Due to the nature of digital photography, refunds are generally not allowed, except in cases of service failure as determined by consumer protection laws in the Philippines.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal information collected through bookings or inquiries is protected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173).

• We do not share, sell, or distribute client information without explicit consent.

• Our website may use cookies to improve user experience.

6. Liability Limitations

• While we aim to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for technical failures or external disruptions affecting photo delivery.

• We are not responsible for unauthorized use of photographs by third parties once they are released to the client.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by Philippine laws. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

• Clients are encouraged to reach out to us for resolution before pursuing legal action.
